The Strategic Planning and Organizational Development Consultant will lead a structured, participatory process encompassing organizational assessment, strategic planning, capacity building, implementation planning, and organizational development, resulting in a clear, actionable, and measurable strategic direction for Rock Creek Foundation. The ideal consultant brings demonstrated experience working with behavioral health and intellectual and developmental disability organizations and already understands the complexities of Medicaid-funded services, DDA and BHA systems, CARF accreditation, residential rehabilitation, workforce challenges, and community-based behavioral health. This prior sector knowledge is essential in allowing the consultant to focus on strategy and implementation. This engagement is funded through the Montgomery County Nonprofit Security Planning Grant and is intended to position Rock Creek Foundation for long-term organizational sustainability, resilience, and strategic growth in response to a changing behavioral health, developmental disability, and nonprofit funding landscape.
