In this vital role you will report into the Amgen Ohio (AOH) Portfolio Management Office (PMO) under Business Performance (BP), developing business cases for new product introduction (NPI) and product lifecycle (LCM)/ Patient Impact Extension (PIE) projects. This role requires an individual who has a deep, end-to-end understanding of multiple business functions, and will play a critical role in advancing the business needs and strategic success of AOH. The successful candidate for this role will be required to develop a very strong network and working relationship with several cross-functional stakeholders, including Operations Strategy & Business Resilience (OSBR), Global Operations Leads (GOLs), Product Delivery Teams (PDTs), Finance, Supply Chain and Corporate Engineering, as well as all site functional teams at AOH. The selected candidate will be expected to adapt to different roles and responsibilities. They should be able to work independently as an individual contributor and take on managerial responsibilities if required. This flexibility is important in ensuring that the candidate can effectively contribute to the team and organization in various capacities.
