Requirements

5+ years of experience in strategic planning, corporate strategy, or management consulting.
Proven ability to lead complex projects and influence decisions across a matrixed organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in quantitative analysis and modeling.
Exceptional communication skills with executive presence in written and verbal formats.
Ability to anticipate trends and incorporate them into short- and long-term plans.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience within the health services sector.
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and lead through influence.

Responsibilities
