There is no partner book to inherit here: no signed partners, no live integrations, no US brand recognition. You will build all of that and turn it into revenue fast. You’ll build partnerships that drive growth, create customer impact, and help define how we scale in the US.

Requirements

• Significant experience building and commercializing partnerships in an early-stage or new-market environment, ideally in health tech or B2B SaaS, with measurable revenue impact.
• A track record of structuring and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• The technical fluency to scope integrations and guide partners through implementation.
• A builder mindset and a hands-on, data-driven approach to managing partner pipelines in HubSpot or a comparable CRM.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with the fluency to build trust and negotiate effectively in the US market.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in US health tech, senior living, or skilled nursing—including familiarity with PointClickCare, MatrixCare, or CMS reimbursement—is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build and activate voize’s US partner portfolio, prioritizing partnerships that generate qualified pipeline and revenue.
• Own the partner deal cycle end to end—from sourcing and negotiation through launch, activation, and growth.
• Develop Tech and Solution Partners by scoping integrations, enabling implementation partners, and ensuring delivery quality and capacity.
• Test referral, reseller, and co-sell models, turning what works into scalable regional partnership playbooks.
• Represent voize across the US senior care ecosystem and bring market insights back to Sales and Partnerships to help shape our go-to-market strategy.
