About The Position

Fizion is creating a new category of performance products built around one simple belief: Performance should fit into real life. We are looking for a builder—not someone to inherit a mature sales territory, but someone to create one. You will design and scale our Strategic Partnerships program from the ground up, establishing relationships that become a long-term competitive advantage for the brand.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years in strategic partnerships, business development, channel sales, account management, or related experience.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Highly organized and comfortable creating systems from scratch.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using CRM or pipeline management tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in consumer products, fitness, wellness, retail, or startups is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a qualified partnership pipeline using outbound outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, industry events, and networking.
  • Research target organizations and decision makers.
  • Conduct discovery meetings and present the Fizion partnership program.
  • Negotiate and onboard new partners.
  • Coordinate partner launch kits, merchandising, training materials, and marketing assets.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and E-commerce to ensure partner success.
  • Track KPIs and continuously improve the partnership playbook.
  • Represent Fizion at key industry conferences and trade shows.
