About The Position

Blackstone Strategic Partners is a global leader in illiquid fund investing with $94B of assets under management. The platform provides liquidity and investment solutions across private markets, including secondaries, GP Stakes, and co-investments. Within Strategic Partners, the GP Stakes business manages approximately $11B of AUM and invests in minority ownership interests in leading private equity firms globally. The Associate will support the GP Stakes Spend Management Team, with primary responsibility for coordinating, scaling, and institutionalizing an eSourcing program across the GP Stakes portfolio. The team focuses on generating tangible value for underlying GPs through group purchasing, eSourcing, and broader spend management initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to help build and expand a formal, portfolio-wide eSourcing program, driving year-over-year adoption and measurable financial impact. The Associate will work closely with portfolio company stakeholders and the Blackstone Sourcing Center to embed eSourcing as a standard operating best practice for both existing and newly acquired GP Stakes investments. The position requires strong relationship-building, program management, and change-management skills, with success driven through influence and partnership rather than direct authority.
