About The Position

TabaPay is currently hiring a Partner Support Manager to add to our rapidly growing Client Success organization. The ISO Partner Support Manager is responsible for enabling and growing our ISO partner network. This role focuses on partner onboarding, sales enablement, and ongoing relationship management to ensure partners are equipped to successfully sell, onboard, and support their clients. This will be achieved by working closely with each client emphasizing a strong client connection, providing valuable insights, and giving personal account support. You will serve as the focal point for all information and communication on critical client issues and will be responsible for managing many aspects of the client’s interaction with the company (technical, workflow, customer support, risk, billing, etc.) A successful Client Account Manager understands TabaPay’s strategic direction, identifies new opportunities within existing clients, and knows when and how to collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, or other teams at TabaPay.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5+ years in payments industry experience, and in building & managing client relationships
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate with C-level business executives
  • Ability to train and influence external stakeholders
  • Experience working with indirect sales channels (ISOs, resellers, or partners)
  • Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented
  • Passionate about creating a positive impact for TabaPay and our clients
  • Challenging the status quo is your second nature

Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding for new ISO partners, including training on products, processes, and tools
  • Develop and deliver training for ISO sales reps and onboarding teams
  • Ensure partners are set up for successful client acquisition and implementation
  • Own relationships with assigned ISO partners (typically 3–6 partners)
  • Conduct regular cadence calls (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partner questions and needs
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with partner leadership and sales teams
  • Support ISO partners in selling products and solutions
  • Provide sales guidance, positioning, and use-case alignment
  • Deliver and maintain partner-facing materials (pitch decks, FAQs, playbooks)
  • Collaborate on go-to-market strategies and growth plans
  • Act as the escalation point for partner-level issues impacting multiple downstream clients
  • Coordinate internally with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams
  • Identify recurring issues and drive process improvements
  • Gather partner feedback and insights
  • Partner with Product and Operations teams to improve offerings and processes
  • Track partner performance and identify opportunities for optimization
