About The Position

The Strategic Operations Program Manager leads the end-to-end execution of strategic account programs across equipment assets lifecycle, including inspection, transportation, refurbishment, redeployment, and resale channels for North America. This role serves as the operational program owner, partnering across Sales, Operations, Logistics, Vendors and Analytics to translate customer and contractual requirements into scalable execution plans. The Program Manager ensures consistent delivery, optimizes asset flow and recovery outcomes, and drives performance through data-driven insights and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Experience in leading end-to-end execution of strategic account programs.
Experience in managing equipment asset lifecycle (inspection, transportation, refurbishment, redeployment, resale).
Experience in partnering across Sales, Operations, Logistics, Vendors, and Analytics.
Ability to translate customer and contractual requirements into scalable execution plans.
Skills in ensuring consistent delivery.
