About The Position

A Strategic Operations Advisor is responsible for providing expert guidance and direction to the organization with regards to operational area of expertise. This role will advise on process, procedures and approaches to best meet expectations while effectively balancing multiple priorities (customer service, accuracy, efficiency, among others). The resulting strategies and best practices have an impact on the overall performance of the organization. Additionally, a Strategic Operations Advisor stays abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to inform decision making and drive innovation within the organization. Current knowledge of related regulatory and legal requirements is critical. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and experience
  • 10 years experience in operational area of expertise
  • Knowledge of regulations and laws governing operational area of expertise
  • Experience managing a successful operational team performing tasks advising on.
  • Ability to share knowledge and develop others’ professional skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stake holders at all levels of the organization.
