Delrin® is seeking an experienced strategic marketing manager to lead our strategy and execution to grow our automotive business (ex-APC). This role will be responsible for delivering a multi-year growth pipeline for this highly strategic end market. This role will spearhead all aspects of growth strategy development, including segmenting the relevant automotive markets, identifying target end markets, segments, applications and target components, developing go-to-market strategies and converting them to initiatives for target accounts, developing value proposition packages and driving initiatives to grow our sales/development pipeline. The role take the lead on regional programs to drive such initiatives across continents, and across target end applications, in partnership with the regional sales and application development teams. This is an exciting role that requires automotive/material acumen, expertise in the polymer/engineered materials value chain, and a strong analytical/product marketing toolkit.
