About The Position

This role serves as the strategic link between Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership, ensuring the organization has the market intelligence, sales infrastructure, and client engagement strategies necessary to successfully pursue new business while delivering a best-in-class customer experience. The position leads the development pipeline management, business intelligence, brand positioning, and industry engagement while identifying new market opportunities that support the company's continued growth across studio, location, and production services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Entertainment Management, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing, business development, sales strategy, or entertainment industry operations.
  • Demonstrated experience developing strategic marketing initiatives and supporting business growth.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, sales pipeline management, forecasting, and market analytics.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing executive-level presentations and proposals.
  • Proven ability to build relationships across internal departments and with senior executives, clients, and industry partners.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience working within or alongside the film, television, media, production services, studio, or entertainment industries preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive CRM platform and production pipeline tracking system across all regions.
  • Monitor lead activity, pipeline progression, and CRM data integrity, ensuring timely follow-up, accurate reporting, and effective cross-functional communication.
  • Manage the company's production leads desk by collecting, qualifying, and distributing current production opportunities to regional and national sales teams.
  • Lead the consolidation of market intelligence and production information gathered through internal teams, industry relationships, and regional resources to ensure the CRM remains current, accurate, and actionable.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve marketing, business development, CRM, and sales support processes to increase efficiency, communication, and overall organizational effectiveness.
  • Establish and maintain best practices for CRM management, sales pipeline reporting, market intelligence, and client engagement while fostering accountability across departments.
  • Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasting reports by region, comparing performance against established budgets and sales targets.
  • Stay informed on industry developments through publications such as Variety, The Hollywood Reporter, Deadline, and other relevant industry resources by monitoring production announcements, project greenlights, cancellations, market trends, tax incentive changes, and competitive activity.
  • Oversee the development and distribution of market intelligence reports as needed, including: Competitive landscape analysis, Studio occupancy reporting, Market share analysis, Studio versus location production trends, Project type analysis, Regional production activity, Emerging production markets, Industry trends supporting strategic growth initiatives, Forecasting.
  • Assist in integrated marketing campaigns promoting the company's studio partners, production services, filming locations, and strategic partnerships while reinforcing the company's reputation as a premier production services provider.
  • Partner with Sales and Operations to promote the company's studio facilities, production locations, and service offerings to studios, production companies, producers, executives, and content creators.
  • Assist in preparing executive presentations, strategic proposals, internal communications, business plans, and company briefing materials.
  • Perform other strategic initiatives and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Improve collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and Operations while enhancing the overall client experience.
  • Help identify new business opportunities and strategic initiatives that contribute to sustained company growth.
