About The Position

The Commercial Strategy & Market Access function is managing an increasing volume of data driven initiatives across business development, strategic accounts, market access, and remote sales. There is a critical need to centralize, automate, and visualize performance metrics to enable timely decision making and track progress against organizational goals. This role will provide dedicated analytical capacity to accelerate priority projects that are currently constrained by bandwidth, particularly in analytics, dashboard development, and performance tracking. The position offers a mutually beneficial opportunity: delivering tangible business value while giving the student hands on exposure to real world commercial strategy, analytics, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

  • Requires no or little job knowledge of systems and procedures.
  • 0 years of experience required.
  • Baccalaureate degree enrollment or Master's degree or PhD admissions required.
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).

Responsibilities

  • Commercial Performance Dashboards
  • Design and build executive ready dashboards to track KPIs across: Strategic Accounts, Market Access initiatives, Business Development pipelines, Remote Sales performance
  • Responsible for performing and supporting research for teams operating within a service group, product group and/or project group.
  • Assists with the development, monitoring, coordination and implementation of non-technical projects as assigned.
  • Provides analysis, reporting and internal communication services with team members.
  • Develops knowledge of industry and organizational processes.
