About The Position

This is a flexible 6-month contract position and has the option of working in our Toronto office full time, hybrid throughout the week or working entirely remotely. Vena is looking for a Strategic Initiatives Manager to join our Strategic Priorities team for a 6-month contract position to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our company wide programs. Requirements

  • 4-6 years working with high impact cross-functional strategic projects, collaborating with many stakeholders and delivering against success metrics and timelines.
  • You have strong project management skills - building out project plans, running weekly meetings with stakeholders, gathering and aggregating requirements from each team, uncovering risks and areas for improvement, and delivering solutions.
  • You recognize gaps in plans and processes and take the initiative to address them. Being resourceful is key to success. If that means you need to teach yourself how to use a new system to pull some reports, you’ll do that.
  • Ownership and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to switch context on a moment’s notice.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to quickly build credibility with leaders and stakeholders internally.
  • Be a self starter when learning our business processes and the markets we serve, demonstrate a get-your-hands-dirty approach and ask lots of questions.
  • Interest in AI and willingness to explore AI-driven solutions to enhance performance and drive efficiencies

Responsibilities

  • Supporting large GTM Initiatives - Coordinating cross functional efforts with regards to our new product and feature launches.
  • Internal System Launch - Working with key business stakeholders to streamline and optimize existing systems and processes.
  • Deliver against our priorities and project metrics - managing and developing project plans
  • Work closely with the Enablement and Revenue Operations team members to deliver projects on time and ensure adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • You will create a plan that includes points of view from various cross-functional teams, and identify owners to manage execution and timelines
  • Lead and actively participate in ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
  • Be a self starter when learning new or existing systems, business products and processes, demonstrate a get-your-hands-dirty approach and ask lots of questions
  • Drive alignment, provide recommendations and execute changes.
  • Willing and enthusiastic to share expertise with others, including documentation and content creation.
  • Other duties as assigned
