About The Position

This role is for someone who ensures that initiatives are executed effectively, acting as a trusted individual who can manage multiple priorities simultaneously. The position is within the product team, working directly with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) to shorten the time between decision-making and product shipment. The individual will be responsible for owning timelines, tracking deliverables, coordinating with stakeholders, and proactively identifying potential issues. A key differentiator from typical operations roles is the access granted to strategic discussions, including strategy sessions, founder meetings, investor conversations, and product reviews, with the expectation of learning how high-level decisions are made and eventually applying that knowledge independently.
