In this role, you will support the development and advancement of the organization’s highest-priority strategic initiatives. This role contributes to framing key business questions, generating data-driven insights, and enabling informed decision-making. The position is accountable for delivering structured analysis, clear recommendations, and high-quality materials that support enterprise-level strategy and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of experience in management consulting or a strategy-focused role, or equivalent experience.
• Experience applying problem-solving skills to structured and ambiguous business challenges.
• Experience applying analytical thinking skills and working hands-on with data to support decision-making.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced degree, such as Master’s, in a related field.
• Exposure to strategy development, corporate development, or similar functions.
• Appetite for learning quickly, picking up new skills, and working independently to drive own workstreams.
• Interest in automotive, mobility, fleet, transportation, or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Structure and analyze complex, ambiguous business problems to support enterprise priorities.
• Generate data-driven insights that inform strategic decisions.
• Develop clear, actionable recommendations grounded in analysis and business context.
• Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and industry dynamics to identify risks and opportunities.
• Translate external and internal perspectives into strategic insights that inform priorities and initiative direction.
• Support the development and execution of enterprise-level strategic initiatives by defining scope, success metrics, and milestones.
• Partner across functions, gather data, monitor progress, synthesize findings, and communicate risks and opportunities to support effective execution.
• Synthesize large volumes of information into clear, concise insights.
• Develop high-quality presentations and structured narratives for senior leadership.
