GDIT is looking for a Strategic Information Technology (IT) Analyst and Task Manager to support strategic and operational analysis of the information technology (IT) and cyber environment, and provide customer Task Management services for the USCENTCOM Information Technology Services (CITS) Program supporting the U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM) Command, Control, Communications, and Computer Systems (CCJ6) Directorate, USCENTCOM HQ in Tampa, FL. As a Strategic IT Analyst for the CITS Program, you will be responsible for providing strategic analysis services to support the transformation, optimization, and governance of the IT enterprise. Provide subject matter expertise and recommendations supporting the development of IT Enterprise strategies, policies, plans and frameworks to guide the advancement of a data-centric IT Enterprise. Provide strategic analysis services related to Joint Force Requirements Process (JFRS) activities to include Command, Control, Communications and Computers (C4) / Cyber functional capability boards, Integrated Priority List development, Joint Urgent Operational Need Statements, Joint Emergent Operational Need Statements. Analyze strategic and operational documents to capture and incorporate key elements into Command and CCJ6 IT enterprise governance products. Assess strategic alignment of digital enterprise governance and transformation initiatives through engagements with DoD, whole-of-government, private sector, and international mission partners. Support IT investments processes to maximize value and return on investment. As a Task Manager, you will be responsible for providing direct support to the management and oversight of over 1,000 USCENTCOM and Joint Staff directed tasks assigned annually to the CCJ6 Directorate and the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) via the Enterprise Task Management System 2 (ETSM2) on classified and unclassified networks. Actions include conducting the initial analysis, assignment, and management of newly assigned tasks, and the completing the closeout actions of assigned tasks pursuant to Command and CCJ6 Business Rules for Staff Actions. Provide administrator support through the creation and management of Directorate User and Team accounts. Provide daily updates to the Deputy Director, Director of Staff and other key leaders on all Command Group and Joint Staff Tasks assigned to CCJ6.
