About The Position
At BrightStar Care of Central DuPage/Wheaton, we're looking for a Strategic Home Care Agency Recruiter with direct healthcare recruiting experience who is energized by finding exceptional talent, solving hiring challenges, and helping shape the future of recruiting. This role will be in office. We are one of the busiest offices nationwide, often in the Top 10-15 for weekly revenue! This isn't a recruiter role where you'll spend your day posting jobs and waiting for applicants. It is expected to seek out candidates in the community and nursing schools. We're looking for someone who is curious, proactive, connected to recruiting trends, and excited about leveraging AI and emerging technology to create a better hiring experience. You'll play a key role in helping us attract top caregivers, nurses, and office professionals who make a difference in the lives of our clients every day.
Requirements
- Recruiting and talent acquisition experience
- Experience in sourcing and engaging candidates through multiple channels
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Healthcare recruiting experience is a PLUS
- Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting technology preferred
- Interest or experience in AI, automation, or recruiting innovation strongly preferred

Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through onboarding/orientation
- Develop creative sourcing strategies that go beyond job boards
- Build talent pipelines and engage passive candidates
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
- Create an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation through hire
- Stay connected to recruiting trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies
- Serve as a champion for AI-powered recruiting tools and automation initiatives
- Help optimize candidate engagement, scheduling, communication, and recruiting workflows through technology
- Analyze recruiting data and adjust strategies to improve hiring outcomes
- Build relationships within the community through networking events, partnerships, and recruiting outreach
