About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Growth Manager to join our team and specialize in sourcing and selecting top-performing real estate agents. As a Real Estate Agent Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding talented agents who can thrive in the competitive real estate industry. Your primary responsibility will be to build a pipeline of skilled agents and assist in expanding our team's presence. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the local real estate market, and a passion for connecting with exceptional real estate professionals.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent Recruiter, specializing in sourcing and selecting professionals and meeting/exceeding goals - required
Deep knowledge of the real estate market, including key neighborhoods, property types, and market dynamics
Excellent understanding of real estate agent qualifications, licensing requirements, and industry-specific skills
Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with real estate agents and industry stakeholders
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates at all levels
Microsoft Office and Outlook
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
A positive attitude, adaptability, and resilience in a competitive and fast-paced environment
Ability and willingness to work in a hybrid capacity, including attending on-site visits, in-person recruiting and networking meetings, and other in-person events as required.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute recruiting strategies that drive sustained market growth.
Identify, engage, and recruit top-producing agents, luxury specialists, and high-performing teams.
Build and maintain an executive-level pipeline of prospective recruits across assigned markets.
Create personalized recruiting strategies tailored to individual agents' businesses and long-term goals.
Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the recruiting process from initial outreach through successful onboarding.
Analyze local market trends, brokerage movement, and competitive intelligence to identify recruiting opportunities.
Recommend market expansion strategies based on recruiting data and industry insights.
Partner with brokerage leadership to prioritize recruiting efforts aligned with company growth objectives.
Represent SERHANT. as a brand ambassador within the real estate community.
Build lasting relationships with influential agents, team leaders, brokers, and industry partners.
Maintain regular communication with prospective recruits through long-term relationship nurturing.
Develop referral networks that consistently generate high-quality recruiting opportunities.
Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Operations, and Learning & Development to deliver a best-in-class recruiting experience.
Partner with Marketing to develop recruiting campaigns, events, and thought leadership initiatives.
Provide recruiting forecasts, pipeline reporting, and market intelligence to executive leadership.
Maintain accurate recruiting pipeline metrics and forecasting.
Utilize CRM and recruiting technology to manage candidate relationships and measure recruiting effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with all applicable licensing requirements, company policies, and recruiting processes.
