As a Strategic Growth Manager, you will be at the center of our growth strategy, directly responsible for driving net-new revenue across our company-owned brokerages, which may include Coldwell Banker, Sotheby’s International Realty, Corcoran, and Compass. You will partner with top-producing real estate agents—true CEOs of their own businesses—and influence them to grow their business with us. In this role, you will work alongside an incredibly high-performing and driven team, with colleagues coming from diverse and rigorous backgrounds including investment banking, management consulting, law, and enterprise sales. You’ll operate in a uniquely high-impact environment—our Strategic Growth Managers (SGMs) are conservatively generating 15x more revenue per head than top global tech firms, driven by the strength of our market, talent, and business momentum.
