•$130,000 - $180,000•Hybrid

About The Position

Spark Advisors is hiring a Strategic Finance Lead to build and own the financial analysis that supports decisions about investment, growth funding, and new products. Reporting to the Director, Strategic Finance, this role owns Spark’s economics across applications, enrollments, partner agencies, sales channels, carriers, and new initiatives; forecasts revenue and cash; and helps lead annual planning and target-setting. The position works closely with the COO and CEO and serves as finance’s connection to sales, partner success, operations, product, data, and an outsourced finance partner. Much of the financial foundation is still being built, offering the opportunity to shape how a fast-growing company makes decisions. The role is hybrid and based in Spark’s New York City office in the Flatiron District. Spark builds technology for independent Medicare advisors, combining AI, a CRM, and client services to help brokers acquire, enroll, and support clients. The company describes itself as a fast-growing, mission-driven startup focused on expanding access to quality healthcare.
