About The Position

The Strategic Finance Analyst is a high-leverage extension of the Vice President and Growth and Development leadership team. • Two to four years of investment banking, private equity, corporate development, strategic finance, transaction advisory, consulting, or comparable experience.
  • Strong financial modeling skills, including operating cases, sensitivity analysis, return analysis, and assumption documentation.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with the ability to produce accurate analysis and concise executive materials.
  • Exceptional judgment, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple live workstreams with limited oversight.

Nice To Haves

  • Prepare concise executive, sponsor, and board materials that connect strategy, operating requirements, economics, risks, and the requested decision.
  • Support transaction and contract structuring by quantifying tradeoffs, testing alternatives, and translating legal or commercial terms into financial impact.
  • Project-manage priority growth initiatives across Finance, Legal, Managed Care, Clinical, Analytics, Operations, and Technology, driving work to resolution without waiting for detailed direction.
  • Maintain enterprise pipeline and forecast reporting, including stage, probability, timing, providers and lives, investment requirements, and expected financial contribution.
