About The Position

Mending is seeking its first Strategic Finance team member to work directly with the founders and key leaders. This role will be involved in every financial aspect of the business, spanning financial planning and analysis (FP&A), revenue operations, and supporting fundraising. The ideal candidate thrives in an early startup environment, embraces broad responsibility, is comfortable figuring things out, and demonstrates urgency, stamina, and a willingness to put in extra hours. They are proactive, deeply curious, learn quickly, take pride in understanding business operations, ask good questions, check assumptions, take action without being asked, and care about getting details right.
