About The Position

CoreWeave is seeking an Analyst, Strategic Finance & Corporate FP&A to join their new team. This role is a unique opportunity to contribute directly to financial strategy and enhance financial planning and analysis (FP&A) capabilities. The analyst will report to the Senior Manager of Strategic Finance and Corporate FP&A and provide critical financial insights to inform executive decision-making and strategic planning. The team is composed of individuals from top-tier financial institutions, global technology companies, and fast-growing AI and software startups.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity/VC, and/or management consulting.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting with a strong attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Powerpoint.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various teams and clearly present financial information.
• A proven ability to analyze financial data, identify key trends, and support strategic recommendations.
• A high degree of enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of core financial models and cash flow forecasts.
• Provide analysis and support on high-impact strategic projects, including capital markets initiatives and fundraising strategies, working directly with the CFO and other leaders.
• Assist in the creation of comprehensive reports and narratives for executives and the Board of Directors, including monthly, quarterly, and annual planning documents.
• Collaborate with teams across the company, such as FP&A and Accounting, to ensure seamless reporting and analysis.
• Help track and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on progress toward strategic goals.
