About The Position

Quisitive is a leading global Microsoft partner focused on cloud transformation, enterprise data strategy, cybersecurity, and agentic AI. We are seeking a Strategic Account Executive to drive growth within large strategic enterprises. This senior role requires a proven track record in selling complex, multi-million-dollar Microsoft-focused solutions and leveraging global/offshore delivery models. The ideal candidate will build trusted executive partnerships, originate and close large deals, and operate with an owner mentality to ensure long-term customer success and influence go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • 5-10+ years of experience in strategic enterprise sales or business development.
  • A proven track record of winning large, complex, multi-million-dollar deals.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed $8 million plus quotas.
  • Deep understanding of how offshore and global delivery models work—and how to sell them.
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for action and continuous learning.
  • Confident, credible, and collaborative with executive stakeholders.
  • Comfortable leading and aligning diverse teams toward a shared goal.
  • Takes accountability for results and learns quickly from setbacks.
  • Approaches challenges with grit, creativity, and optimism.
  • Invested in building something bigger than themselves.
  • Lives in the Dallas, TX area.

Responsibilities

  • Lead High-Impact Enterprise Growth: Originate, structure, and close multi-million-dollar, enterprise-scale deals with new logo customers.
  • Own complex, consultative sales cycles from first conversation through long-term expansion.
  • Build a pipeline of transformational opportunities aligned to Quisitive’s growth strategy.
  • Build Trusted Executive Partnerships: Develop authentic, long-standing relationships with C-suite and senior executive leaders (CEO, CFO, CIO, CTO, COO).
  • Act as a trusted advisor—connecting business outcomes to technology and delivery strategy.
  • Represent Quisitive with confidence and credibility in executive forums.
  • Orchestrate Complex, Global Deals: Lead cross-functional pursuit teams across sales, solutioning, delivery, and executive leadership.
  • Shape compelling value propositions that leverage offshore and global delivery capabilities.
  • Partner closely with delivery leaders to ensure solutions are scalable, executable, and differentiated.
  • Operate with an Owner Mentality: Take accountability for outcomes—not just bookings, but long-term customer success.
  • Provide market insight and feedback to influence go-to-market strategy and offerings.
  • Mentor and elevate others by modeling what enterprise excellence looks like.
