About The Position

The Strategic Engagement Analyst supports engagement initiatives across Advanced Wealth Solutions (AWS) by helping teams execute, coordinate, and measure programs that connect advisors to tools, resources, and solutions. This role blends operational coordination with analytical support, offering hands‑on experience working across sales, enablement, marketing, and platform teams. It’s a strong opportunity for someone early in their career who is interested in strategy execution, business operations, and data‑informed decision‑making. This role offers the opportunity to gain experience working on enterprise-scale initiatives while building a strong foundation in enablement, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. You will also develop an understanding of how engagement strategies are executed and measured within a complex organization, while positioning yourself for future growth into roles such as Program Manager. This is a hybrid role, candidates must be located in Dallas, TX.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1–5 years of relevant experience (including internships) in areas such as analytics, operations, enablement, marketing, or similar
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort working with common business tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, collaboration platforms)

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with coordination and execution of engagement activities, events, and initiatives
  • Helping maintain engagement materials, calendars, and shared tools
  • Supporting collaboration across teams such as Sales Enablement, Communications, and Marketing
  • Preparing reports, summaries, and insights that help teams understand what’s working and where to improve
  • Tracking activities and outcomes to improve visibility and consistency
