About The Position

The Strategic Enablement Operations Manager serves as the operational backbone of the Digital Enablement organization, ensuring enablement strategies are translated into coordinated execution, measurable adoption, and business impact. This role owns the operating system that connects planning, delivery, governance, reporting, and continuous improvement across Digital Enablement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage the integrated enablement delivery roadmap across business units and capability programs.
  • Coordinate curriculum launches and drive execution against launch milestones, adoption goals, and business priorities.
  • Manage dependencies across Digital Enablement, HR, IT, AI, Communications, Analytics, and business leaders.
  • Maintain project plans, implementation plans, status reporting, governance materials, risks, mitigation plans, resource needs, and launch-readiness views.
  • Provide proactive visibility into all active and planned initiatives and facilitate program reviews, status meetings, readiness assessments, and stakeholder updates.
  • Own the operating processes that support curriculum deployment, including schedules, cohorts, audience segmentation, enrollment, communications, certification tracking, and reinforcement activities.
  • Ensure a consistent coworker and manager experience across learning programs.
  • Coordinate role-based learning journey checkpoints and Day 7, Day 30, and Day 90 proficiency reviews where applicable.
  • Maintain governance for the learning content lifecycle, updates, job aids, manager kits, and program communications.
  • Coordinate Digital Enablement training with related internal programs, including Practice Builder and AI Sales Champion training delivery.
  • Maintain and action enablement scorecards that connect execution, adoption, capability, and business impact.
  • Track completion, proficiency attainment, manager participation, digital tool adoption, AI fluency progress, role readiness, and agreed business outcomes.
  • Produce concise executive reporting for leadership teams and provide clear visibility into progress, risks, and decisions needed.
  • Identify adoption and proficiency gaps, recommend interventions, and track whether corrective actions improve results.
  • Partner with Analytics and HR/Learning teams to validate KPI definitions, data quality, dashboards, and reporting cadence.
  • Act as the primary coordination point among Digital Enablement, HR/Learning, IT and AI teams, functional business leaders, Communications, and Analytics/Data teams.
  • Lead recurring governance reviews and manage executive updates, steering materials, decisions, actions, and escalations.
  • Establish clear accountability across workstreams, including owners, milestones, dependencies, decision rights, and validation points.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal business partners and external resources required to achieve program objectives.
  • Monitor adoption trends and identify barriers to participation, application, and sustained workflow use.
  • Coordinate manager reinforcement activities and communication campaigns tied to major launches.
  • Ensure business leaders understand expected behaviors, accountability, and how success will be measured.
  • Connect training activity to hands-on application, proficiency demonstration, and approved digital workflows.
  • Build repeatable operating rhythms and standardize portfolio reporting, governance, launch, readiness, and evaluation processes.
  • Implement automation where practical and reduce administrative burden on facilitators and curriculum owners.
  • Provide coaching, support, and guidance to initiative leads to strengthen planning, execution, and delivery effectiveness.
  • Continuously improve the operating model using stakeholder feedback, program results, and lessons learned.
