Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-10 years+ in project management, product management, or consulting.
  • All applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Expertise in project lifecycle and methodologies, including vision development, management of risks and issues, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong organization, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to lead teams at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated contributions to process improvement, innovation, or other level-up initiatives

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of AI technologies and project management platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute, projects, acquisitions, and other prioritized initiatives, from vision, scope, dependencies, quality--through delivery.
  • Lead cross functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability across diverse teams.
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies early.
  • Partner closely with executive sponsors and senior leaders.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness.
  • Ensure delivery metrics support both short term execution and long term strategic goals.
  • Conduct research, prepare presentations for leadership teams, write communications, and occasionally complete ad hoc requests as directed by senior leadership.
