The Role: We are seeking a high-level Strategic Advisor to partner directly with dealership ownership, GMs, and executive teams to drive measurable acquisition growth and operational transformation. This is not a traditional account management role. This is a consultative, executive-facing position responsible for aligning dealership strategy with VETTX implementation, maximizing ROI, and expanding enterprise partnerships. Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in automotive retail, dealership operations, or automotive SaaS.
  • Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence ownership groups and senior leaders.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to tie strategy to measurable ROI.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, operational improvement, or multi-rooftop performance initiatives.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Ability to travel as needed for high-impact dealer engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with dealer principals, GMs, and senior leadership to align acquisition strategy with business goals.
  • Analyze dealership acquisition performance, identify gaps, and implement strategic plans to increase private-party purchasing volume and profitability.
  • Lead high-level process workshops, optimize buyer workflows, and ensure dealership teams are structured for sustained success.
  • Identify opportunities to expand VETTX adoption across rooftops, increase tier engagement, and drive measurable ARR growth.
  • Own executive-level KPIs including purchase volume growth, retention, NRR contribution, and expansion revenue.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on private-party acquisition trends, competitive landscape, and best practices.
