Strategic Dealer Managers are individuals with the vision and dedication to provide world-class customer service to our dealer partners through training and prospecting for business opportunities. The Strategic Dealer Manager position offers a highly incentivized performance-based compensation package. A motivated and driven individual can earn up to and beyond a six-figure income. As a Strategic Dealer Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening Westlake Financials’ presence at the dealer level while delivering white-glove service. You will work alongside National Account Executives, who manage corporate-level relationships, while you focus on building and maintaining dealer-level partnerships. Your primary responsibility is to drive consistent loan production, demonstrating the value of Westlake Financial as a trusted business partner. We seek highly motivated professionals with strong communication skills and the ability to influence decision-makers. You thrive in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment and will become a walking encyclopedia of Westlake Financial’s offerings, ready to empower your dealer base with expert knowledge. Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; College degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales role with proven success.
  • Ability to understand and persuasively present Westlake’s value through digital communications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage and influence decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, phone management, and adaptability to new technology.
  • Self-aware individual who will measure themselves for growth and improvement.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in Sales, Automotive, or Phone sales preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with Strategic Franchise Dealerships to drive loan production and revenue growth.
  • Provide expert guidance via phone, email, and video meetings to train dealers on current programs and fast funding requirements.
  • Collaborate with dealer partners to provide solutions, rehash, and restructure vehicle loans for optimal approvals.
  • Review and identify opportunities for the dealership to find value in Westlake Financial.
