About The Position

The Strategic Coordinator will support senior SAPG leadership in substantive and client-facing tasks, ensuring leadership can meet clients’ needs efficiently and effectively. The coordinator will work closely with the Administrative Assistant to prioritize the smooth running of SAPG internal processes and support substantive needs as bandwidth permits.

  • A minimum of three to five years of professional experience in government, industry, consulting, or the legal profession

Responsibilities

  • Preparing agendas for key internal and external meetings with clients and key partners
  • Taking notes during these meetings, and preparing readouts and lists of due-outs
  • Preparing talking points and briefing materials as needed for SAPG leadership
  • Maintaining a tracker of all items requiring SAPG action, and keeping staff accountable for deadlines
  • Contributing as needed to team and client-facing work products
  • Providing research assistance in support of team and client requests
  • Proofreading and editing key SAPG documents for quality control
  • Taking initiative to help SAPG staff better support clients and partners
  • Passing messages and correspondence on behalf of SAPG leadership
