About The Position
Join our team as a Strategic Communications Specialist and support the Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3) by shaping its internal and external messaging, events, and brand. You will plan communication strategies, produce news and digital content, and support executive engagements, ensure a clear, consistent voice across every channel. Position is contingent upon contract award.
Requirements
- Active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship
- 12+ years of experience in strategic communications or a similar field, or 8+ years with a BA/BS, or 6+ years with an MA/MS/MBA
- Experience in Intelligence or Cyberspace communications and/or Federal and DoD policies and procedures
- Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

- Marketing, advertising, and brand management
- Web and social content management
Responsibilities
- Draft communication strategies, talking points, and messaging products
- Plan and execute special events, outreach, and brand campaigns
- Develop news and informational content for internal and external audiences
- Maintain communication standards across web, publications, presentations, and digital platforms
- Coordinate with the Public Affairs Office on approvals and documentation
- Support conferences and media events
