About The Position

As a management analyst, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. On our team, you will support a government client in the delivery of warfighting capability to the U.S. Navy through leadership engagement coordination and development of strategic communication materials. You’ll contribute to solving a range of complex issues, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders while leading a junior team of front office staff. You’ll maintain responsibility for implementing and maintaining organizational programs for the client, assisting with tactical planning using tools like Microsoft Office, Microsoft Planner, Agile tools, and regular collaboration with Booz Allen and Navy leadership. You’ll lead the development and coordination of senior leader briefings, whitepapers, and memorandums, and provide technical review and quality assurance of correspondence, policy, and acquisition documentation for a program office. You’ll plan and execute strategic initiatives aligned with program goals, and coordinate with the officer manager to facilitate high-level meetings and events, ensuring materials are prepared and time is well-managed. You’ll also facilitate communication between departments, stakeholders, and executives, and prepare resources and materials for high-level meetings and events. Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience creating strategic communications plans or products, including briefings, talking points, weekly activity reports, and responses to requests for information
  • 2+ years of experience as a DoW Chief of Staff, Chief Staff Officer, Executive Officer, Flag Aide, or Aide De Camp
  • Experience preparing and delivering briefing reports to senior government and corporate leadership
  • Experience preparing leaders for events and engagements
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Adobe Professional, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint
  • Ability to devise and execute client deliverables, work independently, identify problems and devise analysis and solutions, communicate results to both technical and non-technical audiences, and lead the accomplishments of client tasks from inception to completion
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in military and Navy intelligence programs, developing electronic warfare, information warfare, or signals intelligence systems across security enclaves
  • Experience supporting or working with Navy program offices
  • Experience with organizational change management
  • Possession of excellent communication, detail-oriented, collaboration, and time management skills
  • Master’s degree
  • Agile Certifications such as SAFe, Scrum Master, or Product Owner Certification
  • PMP Certification
