Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Three or more years prior experience in marketing, communications, project management, design, or related role.
  • Strong communication skills; highly collaborative with the ability to build internal and external partnerships.
  • Strong project management skills with high personal accountability.
  • Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and possess a quality customer service attitude.
  • Desire to join a high-functioning, collaborative, and supportive team culture.

Responsibilities

  • Create compelling content across digital channels, including email, social media, multimedia, website and podcast
  • Own the editorial calendar, ensuring timely, relevant content that supports business goals, values, and brand positioning
  • Lead communication projects from concept through delivery, managing timelines, inputs, and approvals independently
  • Partner with leaders and teams across the organization to surface stories, translate initiatives, and advance priorities
  • Advise internal stakeholders on communication strategy, campaign planning, and change management approaches
  • Develop and design marketing and communication assets for print, digital, and multimedia use
  • Serve as a brand steward by ensuring all content and assets align with brand standards and voice
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to plan and execute integrated campaigns and internal communications initiatives
  • Support marketing needs tied to events, conferences, presentations, and sponsorships
  • Use metrics and data insights to evaluate effectiveness and continuously improve content and campaigns
