Our media sales division helps local, regional, and national brands reach potential customers through multiscreen TV advertising. Our ad tech division FreeWheel provides comprehensive adtech that makes it easier to buy and sell premium video advertising across all screens, data types, and sales channels. Job Summary Responsible for Strategic Communications for Comcast Advertising’s FreeWheel business, including both external and internal messaging and narratives. Working in close collaboration across the Communications team, this person will forge relationships with stakeholders across FreeWheel Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Leadership, and more. Must be a very strong strategic thinker, writer and communicator. Responsible for ideating and writing press releases, blogs, thought leadership pieces, employee communications, and more. A deep understanding of Advertising Technology and the Media Industry is a must. This candidate should have a “player/owner” mentality, as they will be responsible for big strategic thinking, as well as the writing of these communications. Writing samples will be required.
