Noblis is seeking a Senior Strategic Engagement Analyst to support the Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) Science & Technology Directorate (S&T). This role involves translating S&T's mission, research and development (RDT&E) portfolio, and program milestones into tailored outreach strategies and messaging for private sector partners. The position is within a front office organization responsible for planning and executing senior-level engagements across industry, interagency, international, and Congressional partners. The successful candidate will develop and coordinate external-facing content, including talking points, briefing materials, presentations, event narratives, and digital copy for websites and channels like LinkedIn and newsletters. They will also support leadership participation in various industry engagements, ensuring that opportunities, solicitations, test and evaluation events, and program results are communicated effectively to current performers, prospective non-traditional vendors, and venture capital communities. The role facilitates high-level engagement with various partners, aligns messaging with S&T's strategic industry engagement model, and provides surge capacity for outreach campaigns. The candidate will capture feedback from engagements, recommend adjustments to outreach tactics, and translate complex technical programs into compelling, audience-appropriate messaging. This is a hybrid position requiring on-site presence at the DHS S&T client site in Washington D.C. as needed, with the ability to regularly commute to Washington D.C.
