About The Position

As a Change Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering organisational change initiatives that support our strategic priorities and long-term vision. Reporting to the Strategic Change Team and Delivery Lead within Goodstart's Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), you'll work across a diverse portfolio of transformation initiatives, partnering with leaders and stakeholders to ensure change is effectively planned, delivered and embedded across the organisation. With multiple programs underway, including regulatory reform, performance and capability initiatives, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two projects are the same. This role is suited to someone who enjoys balancing multiple priorities, building strong relationships and taking a practical, hands-on approach to change delivery. Whether your background is primarily in Change Management or you bring a blend of Change and Project Management experience, you'll be confident navigating complexity and helping teams successfully adopt new ways of working.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience delivering organisational change initiatives within complex environments.
  • Experience across both Change Management and Project Management, with the ability to adapt your approach to suit the initiative.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of an organisation.
  • Experience working across multiple projects and managing competing priorities simultaneously.
  • A practical, solutions-focused approach and willingness to take ownership and get things done.
  • Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
  • The ability to build trust quickly and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • A positive attitude, adaptability and openness to supporting a variety of projects and initiatives.
  • Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one).

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver change activities across multiple concurrent projects and transformation initiatives.
  • Partner with business leaders, project teams and stakeholders to ensure change is effectively planned, implemented and sustained.
  • Conduct change impact assessments, readiness assessments and stakeholder analysis.
  • Develop and deliver stakeholder engagement, communication and adoption strategies.
  • Coach leaders and stakeholders to effectively sponsor and champion change.
  • Support implementation activities that drive adoption, capability uplift and behavioural change.
  • Monitor change progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate workshops and engagement sessions to gather insights and support successful outcomes.
  • Ensure centre voice and experience are considered throughout initiative design and delivery.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of change practices and organisational capability.
