We’re looking for an experienced strategic cell professional like you, who is ready to lead and willing to win for the client and live our mission every day. You’ll support DoW senior leaders by creating strategic communications, plans and products for internal and external clients and stakeholders; creating and managing reoccurring deliverables and special projects, including briefings, talking points, speeches, memos, bullet background papers, and leadership messaging. You’ll contribute to internal efforts, such as leadership meetings or program reviews, to help streamline top-down and bottom-up communications highlighting key messages, top priorities, and potential issue areas. You'll expertly support senior leaders, pay strict attention to details, and bring an analytical mindset to each problem.

Requirements

20+ years of experience working directly with senior leaders in the Department of War or Government agencies
10+ years of experience creating briefs, drafting talking points, writing speeches, editing reports, and preparing leaders for events and engagements
Experience defining strategic objectives and key initiatives
Experience facilitating leadership offsites
Experience with Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) technologies and systems
Experience leveraging AI tools for strategic communications purposes, and knowledge of potential pitfalls
Ability to work without direct supervision, be highly motivated, and display a dynamic work ethic
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Completion of PMT 401 Course

Nice To Haves

Experience with the DoD acquisition system
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
TS/SCI clearance
Master’s degree

Responsibilities
