You’ll work on-site with your team several days each week (typically 2–3), with the specific days set by your manager. Because regular in-person collaboration is central to this job, we look for candidates who live within about 50 miles of the office. Everfox will consider reasonable accommodation as required by law. The Senior Defense Technologies Alliance Manager is responsible for embedding EverFox CDS, trusted information exchange, Insider Risk, and related mission-security capabilities into next-generation defense platforms. This role focuses on identifying, developing, orchestrating, and executing new partnerships, and launching combined solutions generated through those partnerships. The position is strategic, requiring business and technical acumen, creativity, and measurable results.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of designing, organizing consensus for, and delivering high-impact business strategies.
  • Deep technical and operational familiarity within the mission space to qualify and launch successful partnerships.
  • Understanding of CDS technologies and systems requiring multi-domain deployment and operation.
  • Strong technical background in IaaS/PaaS/SaaS, cyber-security, cloud deployment model operations, C4ISR systems.
  • Ability to engage with partners and internal teams across multiple disciplines.
  • Operational and business acumen, creativity, follow-through, and bias for action.
  • Ability to show consistent, measurable business results.
  • Capable of holding a high-level security clearance.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 2–4 years of related experience in defense technology, business strategy, or partnership management.
  • May require vocational qualifications and working toward a professional qualification.

Responsibilities

  • Establish, solidify, and expand strategic partnerships with key companies across the Defense Technology space.
  • Lead and be accountable for the entire Partner Lifecycle: Identify → Recruit → Mission Qualify → Design In → Integrate → Package → Validate → Field → Monetize → Scale.
  • Design and deliver partner plans including mission, named programs, solution architecture, commercial model, capture strategy, demos, sales plan, and economics.
  • Operate at a smart pace: 0-30 days Mission Qualify; 31-60 Design In; 61-90 Integrate & Commit; months 4-6 Package & Validate; months 7-9 Field/Program Activation; months 10-12 Monetize & Scale.
  • Design, orchestrate, and facilitate collaborative go-to-market offerings.
  • Establish and document clear go-to-market strategies with internal stakeholders.
  • Understand partner organizational structures, culture, business imperatives/strategy, technologies, and processes.
  • Devise and implement pricing strategies, deal-structures, and associated contracts.
  • Build a global anchor-account map across U.S. Department of War, U.S. Intelligence Community, NATO, Five Eyes, Europe, Indo-Pacific, and other approved government/MOD markets.
  • Measure anchor success by expansion of EverFox content across the partner estate: attach rate, SKU coverage, program pull-through, qualified pipeline, and allied replication.
  • Travel, CONUS/OCONUS, to visit partners face-to-face.
  • Develop and maintain ongoing, effective internal and external relationships.
  • Coordinate with key internal stakeholders to align business needs with partner capabilities.
  • Meet with customers, partners, and internal teammates to develop sales and partnership strategies.
  • Participate in internal planning and review activities, including pipeline reviews, campaign planning, partner program expansion, sales team strategies, and goals.
  • Contribute to program collateral, both internally and externally facing.
  • Interact routinely with multiple levels of management, staff, customers, and partners.
  • Follow through on tasks and execute plans/strategies.
  • Brief project and partner status updates to senior management at specified milestones and when material changes occur.
  • Consistently and accurately communicate progress and report on critical metrics.
  • Investigate problem areas and implement solutions.
  • Facilitate cross-team collaboration.
