Strategic AI Partnerships Lead

FlowGen Labs
$300,000 - $450,000Hybrid

About The Position

FlowGen Labs is a frontier enterprise AI company building the zero-touch enterprise: context-aware agents that operate inside highly customized SAP environments at machine speed, grounded in each company’s ontology, live operational data, and operating procedures so complex workflows can run autonomously instead of relying on manual support teams. FlowGen is focused on turning legacy ERP from a system of record into an execution layer for finance and operations. Deployed at Fortune 500 companies across CPG, distribution, high tech, and oil and gas, FlowGen Labs brings together a frontier AI and SAP team from DeepMind, SAP, Meta AI, and Amazon AGI Labs. We’re hiring a Strategic AI Partnerships Lead to build and grow FlowGen’s most important enterprise relationships, from the first conversation through signed contracts, successful deployments, and expansion. You’ll combine the commercial ownership of an enterprise account executive, the judgment of an AI strategist, and the execution of an engagement leader. You will identify new customers, build executive trust, develop a compelling business case, and close strategic deals. You will then stay accountable for making sure the customer gets what was sold: a well-scoped deployment, strong adoption, and measurable business impact. Working closely with the founders, Forward Deployed Engineers, and product team, you’ll turn complex finance and operations problems into AI programs that customers trust and use. This is a hands-on role for someone who can move comfortably between a boardroom, a commercial negotiation, and a working session with the people running the process.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in enterprise software sales, strategic partnerships, management consulting, or enterprise transformation, with demonstrated ownership of both commercial growth and customer delivery.
  • A track record of originating and winning new enterprise business. You can point to deals you personally helped source, shape, negotiate, and close, and explain the outcomes delivered afterward.
  • Experience leading complex customer engagements with multiple business and technical stakeholders, ideally at Fortune 500 or Global 2000 companies.
  • Strong executive presence and analytical judgment. You can translate an ambiguous operational problem into a quantified business case and an executable deployment plan.
  • Practical fluency with AI, automation, and enterprise software. You can discuss agentic workflows, integrations, data readiness, reliability, and human oversight with technical teams and explain the business implications clearly.
  • A disciplined operator who can manage parallel workstreams, surface risks early, hold owners accountable, and earn customer trust through consistent follow-through.
  • Comfortable in an early-stage environment, working directly on opportunities while building the processes and team practices that help us scale.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with SAP, ERP, finance operations, supply chain, procurement, or order management is a plus. Curiosity and the ability to develop deep domain expertise matter.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts end to end, with accountability for new revenue, successful delivery, customer outcomes, retention, and expansion.
  • Generate net-new opportunities through targeted account research, direct outreach, executive relationships, referrals, and industry events. Build a repeatable pipeline of enterprises where FlowGen can create material value.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with relevant technology providers, systems integrators, and industry networks to open doors, shape joint opportunities, and bring FlowGen into new accounts.
  • Lead discovery with finance, operations, and technology teams. Understand process steps, exceptions, controls, data sources, and manual workarounds; prioritize AI workflows based on business value, technical feasibility, and organizational readiness.
  • Run the full sales cycle from qualification and solution development through proposals, pricing, procurement, security review, negotiation, and close. Build executive sponsorship and business cases for six-figure and above ACV deals.
  • Align customers and internal teams on scope, success metrics, milestones, resources, and acceptance criteria before commitments are made. Work with engineering to ensure the solution is feasible and the delivery plan supports what was sold.
  • Lead the customer engagement through implementation and production adoption. Coordinate Forward Deployed Engineers, AI strategists, product teams, and customer stakeholders; manage dependencies, risks, scope changes, and executive communication.
  • Stay accountable until the deployment delivers measurable results. Track outcomes such as cycle-time reduction, touchless processing, error reduction, working-capital improvement, and support-cost reduction, and drive action when results fall short.
  • Build durable relationships with executives and frontline users. Lead business reviews, resolve escalations, and turn successful deployments into renewals, references, and expansion across workflows and business units.
  • Maintain clear account plans, accurate forecasts, and disciplined CRM records. Partner with the founders to refine our positioning, sales and delivery playbooks, and feed customer insights into the product roadmap.
