About The Position

Tribridge Partners, a Marsh & McLennan Agency, LLC Company, is seeking a Strategic Advisor for their Employee Health & Benefits team. This role involves being a primary point of contact for clients, building relationships, and managing projects from initiation to completion. The advisor will be responsible for gathering, reviewing, and auditing census information, compiling plan details for RFPs, marketing benefits and rates, and negotiating with carriers. Additionally, the role includes managing client meetings, creating open enrollment communications, and coordinating with TPAs, carriers, and payroll platforms for benefits administration.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ Health & Welfare experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university (or equivalent industry experience)
  • Active Life/Health License
  • Relevant knowledge of legislation and market trends
  • Knowledge of the marketing / vendor search process
  • Understanding of medical, dental, life/AD&D, disability, vision, etc. coverage
  • Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of self-insurance and reinsurance coverage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the steady point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and managing projects.
  • Gather, review, and audit census information for prospective, new, and existing clients.
  • Compile current plan details for the RFP process during renewals and new opportunities.
  • Market benefits and rates across all lines of coverage.
  • Negotiate rates and contract terms with carriers to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Manage and support key client meetings, including prospect presentations, open enrollment, renewal discussions, RoadMap meetings, and mid-year checkpoints.
  • Create or oversee open enrollment communications and guides.
  • Partner with TPAs, carriers, benefits administration platforms, and payroll to build the open enrollment site.
  • Ensure meeting materials are prepared for various client discussions (pre-renewal, renewal, post-renewal, mid-year, compliance, Happy Client Check-Ins, and RoadMap conversations).
