Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent industry experience will be considered
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the concrete or construction chemicals industry
  • Proven record of success in account development, specification selling, and complex Business to Business (B2B) relationship management
  • Experience engaging national or multi-regional customers and navigating matrixed organizations
  • Excellent communication, influence, and presentation skills
  • Intermediate proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and data analysis tools
  • Financial acumen to support Return on Investment (ROI) based selling and strategic planning
  • Strong knowledge of concrete industry dynamics across United States and Canada markets

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute tailored strategic growth plans for key partner accounts across North America
  • Promote Master Builders Solutions technologies to architects, engineers, and owners to drive early specification and pull-through
  • Identify customer needs and deliver high-impact, value-based solutions using our Value Added and Strategic Product portfolio
  • Partner with technical, marketing, operations, and commercial teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Analyze industry trends, construction pipelines, and regional opportunities to proactively position Master Builders Solutions
  • Quantify the economic and operational value of our technologies to support customer business cases and long-term loyalty
