Hugel AestheticsNew York, NY
$100,000 - $140,000Hybrid

About The Position

Hugel Aesthetics, the North American business unit of global medical aesthetics leader Hugel, is seeking a Strategic Account Specialist based in or near a major Eastern U.S. aesthetic market (Manhattan or Boston). This role is crucial for supporting the execution and pull-through of strategic account contracts across assigned priority accounts, including high-volume aesthetic practices, multi-location clinics, key customer targets, and key opinion leader accounts. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Accounts, the Specialist will work closely with Strategic Account Managers to expand Letybo utilization, increase market share, and ensure a high-touch customer experience. This is not a transactional sales role; it requires acting as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor to customers, identifying barriers to adoption and practice performance, and coordinating internal resources to drive account success. This is a high-impact opportunity to join Hugel Aesthetics at an early stage, work with key customers in the aesthetic market, and help build the strategic account function from the ground up within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

  • 3–5+ years of sales, account management, business development, customer success, or practice development experience within medical aesthetics, healthcare, medical device, dermatology, pharmaceutical, biotech, or related industries.
  • Medical aesthetics, injectables, dermatology, or buy-and-bill experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting strategic accounts, key accounts, multi-location customers, or high-value customer relationships preferred.
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders and drive account growth.
  • Business consulting mindset with the ability to identify practice gaps, solve problems, and implement practical solutions that support adoption, utilization, and customer success.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret account performance, utilization trends, and revenue opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-up skills across in-person, virtual, and phone-based customer engagement.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, clinical, marketing, training, customer service, and operational teams.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, highly collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a high-growth entrepreneurial environment.
