The Amazon Business (AB) 3rd Party Supplier Sales Team is driving the next wave of growth for our Business Sellers (Enterprise & SMB) by focusing on expanding selection, offering everyday low prices, improving delivery, and providing exceptional convenience. We are disrupting the status quo by delivering new, efficient buying and selling solutions to businesses of all sizes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • 4+ years of inside sales experience
  • Knowledge of procurement and source to pay methods at small and medium businesses
  • Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level
  • Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Launching new accounts with brand owners, distributors, resellers, and independently owned businesses to list and sell products to business customers in the Amazon Business store.
  • Owning the complete sales cycle from pipeline development through closing the sale and post-close engagement.
  • Helping sellers launch effectively, steadily increase their business, and improve their experience selling with Amazon Business.
  • Developing and executing a launch playbook for the scaled recruitment and growth of prioritized B2B selection.
  • Developing and managing launch plans in tandem with customer teams, category teams, OEMs/Brands, Distributors, Operations, Integration, Account Management, and Marketing teams.
  • Identifying and building relationships with key influencers and decision makers within prospect targets.
  • Driving seller performance improvements using targeted levers across selection, listing quality, pricing, and fulfillment.
