About The Position

Blaze is seeking an Account Manager to serve as a strategic operator and client growth partner. This role is focused on owning outcomes rather than just reporting on them. The Account Manager will manage a portfolio of client accounts, architect campaign strategy, drive execution through the Blaze platform, and proactively guide clients toward growth. This position requires a blend of marketing insight, operational rigor, and client leadership to ensure measurable results. The ideal candidate is structured, proactive, comfortable leading conversations, and deeply focused on KPIs.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years in account management, client strategy, growth marketing, or digital marketing
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of social media engagement strategy
  • Experience structuring campaign calendars

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of client accounts and their performance KPIs
  • Translate business objectives into structured campaigns
  • Build and maintain forward-looking campaign calendars
  • Guide clients toward engagement-first growth strategies
  • Align execution with agreed scope and prevent unnecessary scope expansion
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high-quality output
  • Prevent scope creep and keep execution aligned with contract goals
  • Analyze engagement metrics across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other channels
  • Lead monthly performance reviews with insights and next-step recommendations
  • Iterate campaigns based on what’s resonating
  • Identify expansion opportunities based on performance data
  • Review and refine AI-generated videos and images
  • Prevent brand inconsistencies and “AI slop”
  • Serve as the primary strategic partner and point of contact
  • Run structured monthly calls with clear agendas and outcomes
  • Proactively surface risks and opportunities
  • Balance collaboration with confident direction
