About The Position

Nue is the AI-powered revenue architecture platform that unifies CPQ, billing, and revenue lifecycle management into a single system. It enables companies to simplify complex pricing, automate monetization, and gain full control over how they generate and scale revenue. Working with customers such as OpenAI, Chilipiper, Glean, HootSuite, and Mews. Nue helps sales, operations, and finance teams gain revenue acceleration, operational efficiency and revenue controls at speed and scale. ABOUT THE ROLE Nue is the revenue architecture built for change. We work with some of the most strategically complex and fast-moving companies in AI — and we need a Strategic Account Manager who can match that pace. This role sits at the intersection of relationship management, product delivery, and revenue growth. You will own our most critical accounts end-to-end: driving value for the customer, navigating complex organizations, and simultaneously building the upsell path that grows Nue's footprint. You will work closely with product, engineering, sales engineering, and support — and you will need to lead all of them without direct authority. Depending on your background and ambition, this can be a pure IC role or the foundation of Nue's Strategic Accounts function — with the opportunity to build and lead the team from scratch.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years in strategic sales and/or account management
  • Consistent history of quota over-performance
  • Experience with large 6–7 figure, multi-stakeholder transactions
  • Comfortable driving cross-functional leadership without direct authority
  • Executive presence across technical and business audiences
  • Experience selling a product portfolio (not a single SKU)
  • Can get technical when needed
  • Bay Area / SF based
  • Background in enterprise SaaS/AI selling system of record technology like CRM, ERP, or complex multi stakeholder technical sales

  • Experience working with large AI Labs, GenAI, or AI-native enterprises

Responsibilities

  • Own executive relationships across multiple org levels at the world's largest AI Labs and AI-native enterprises
  • Lead cross-functional teams (product, eng, sales engineering, support, FDEs, services) to deliver on customer commitments and help them achieve their goals
  • Manage large and complex renewals and expansions
  • Sell across a portfolio of products; position the right solution for where customers are today and where they're heading
  • Champion customer needs internally and manage expectations externally — know when to advocate and when to hold the line
  • Navigate org charts with precision; escalate with clarity when needed
  • Run tight account plans, stakeholder maps, and cadences across multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Look for game-changing insights into Nue’s platform and solution set that come from our best and brightest customers, and share them with our engineering and product teams
