Their SaaS platform is utilized by several military branches, as well as other federal agencies. The Strategic Account Manager will own a high-value portfolio of U.S. Army and international defense accounts, driving renewals, expansion revenue, and platform adoption while serving as a trusted client partner to senior government and allied nation stakeholders. This role leads both the revenue growth and project dimensions of each account, overseeing delivery teams to ensure project objectives are met and client outcomes exceed expectations.
