Requirements

  • 10+ years of technology-related sales experience, with at least 3 years focused on healthcare or enterprise accounts.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Liberal Arts, or related field; or equivalent experience; advanced degrees preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing complex accounts, achieving revenue targets, and developing strong client relationships.
  • Experience with software licensing, usage-based products, or enterprise solutions.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% to support business and client needs.
  • Knowledge of enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, Value Framework).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader to executive-level stakeholders, guiding them on strategic technology solutions.
  • Develop and execute account plans, ensuring alignment with customer business objectives and maximizing upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Manage complex sales cycles across multiple stakeholders, building consensus and driving deals to close.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and industry experts to deliver comprehensive account strategies.
  • Maintain detailed account documentation, including stakeholder maps, forecasts, and strategic plans.
  • Provide insights on market trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices to inform account strategy.
  • Represent the organization in customer meetings, presentations, and executive briefings.
