Position Summary Kaseya is seeking a results-oriented and client-focused Strategic Account Manager to cultivate long-term relationships with our most strategic customers. This role is critical to driving retention, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction by serving as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor to our top-tier enterprise clients. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and help clients maximize the value of their investment in Kaseya's IT and security management solutions.
