The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for the long-term success, retention, and growth of Blockdaemon’s most important institutional relationships: global banks, asset managers, market infrastructure providers, and other systemically important financial institutions. This is a commercially-engaged role that partners closely with Sales to drive commercial outcomes while owning the relationship strategy and account plan. The SAM is expected to navigate technical conversations with fluency and confidence across engineering teams, technical buyers, and executive stakeholders.
