About The Position

Sunbelt Rentals--the fastest growing rental business in North America--is seeking a Strategic Account Manager. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for negotiation and account management duties for select Preferred Suppliers.

Responsibilities

Negotiate and manage accounts for select Preferred Suppliers.
Research new products.
Manage and review Cat-Class and Rental Rate.
Act as liaison for Industrial Resource Group PC's products and marketing dept. support efforts.
Oversee Strategic Account program, including daily management of field and Support office based Strategic Account Managers.
Update Intranet Strategic Account pages.
Review and issue quarterly and annual customer rebates.
Oversee Strategic Account trade show schedule and logistics.
Manage customer specific rates and special invoicing requests.
Pre-qualify potential regional and national strategic customers.
Manage accuracy of asset data in the Wynne System (make & Model, specifications, etc.), including monthly review of all assets entered into Wynne for M&M correctness.
Implement Fleet Replacement plan.
Roll out to field the Rouse Asset Appraisal web application.
Maintain fleet Replacement Matrix and CAPX constraints.
Incorporate Rouse Asset Appraisal program to Sunbelt Used Equipment website.
Integrate outside financing sources to facilitate big ticket used equipment sales.
Manage JLG Remanufacturing Project.
Act as liaison between field, Support office and JLG to minimize delays throughout the entire process.
